London Beautorium operates on a non-refundable policy. You have the flexibility to reschedule your appointment; however, cancellations made outside the policy timeframe will incur charges equivalent to the treatment cost or will be deducted from your treatment course. Complimentary consultations are provided at no charge with no fees incurred. For treatments and courses, deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations do not qualify for refunds as per our policy. Cancellations can be made in person, via phone, or email, and our services are available seven days a week for your convenience.
Our aesthetic consultations are complimentary. If you decide not to proceed with the suggested treatment or academy courses, your deposit will not be refunded. The initial consultation is provided free of charge. If you choose to schedule a treatment or enroll in an academy course on the same day, a deposit will be required for the specific treatment or course, not for the consultation itself. The deposit amount will vary based on the price of the chosen treatment or course. If you opt out of the treatment or course, cancellation is possible, but the deposit will not be refunded.
We aim to deliver impactful results and collaborate closely with you to attain your desired outcome, it’s important to acknowledge that individual client results can vary. Factors such as biological makeup, response to treatment, diet, and lifestyle all play a role in these differences.
Additionally, please be aware that adjustments to your treatment program may be recommended throughout the course of your sessions to better align with your specific needs and goals.
We cannot permit unaccompanied children to stay in the reception area. Our Front of House staff are not equipped with the necessary training or insurance to supervise children, and we kindly request that clients refrain from requesting our receptionist to oversee their children during treatments. For safety considerations, children are strictly prohibited from entering the laser treatment room at any point.
